Each module breaks down into twenty-five key learnings and action points. It ends with a fifteen-question quiz requiring 100% to pass, get any wrong and you just redo those.

Can I do just one track, or do I need to do both?
You can register for just Permanent or just Temp/Contract if that matches your work today. Most consultants find the combined track better value.
What happens if I fail a module's quiz?
You just redo the specific questions you got wrong, not the entire quiz from scratch.
What do I actually get at the end?
A uniquely referenced PDF certificate for each track you complete, proof of genuine expertise you can use as a BD tool, show a manager, or take to an interview.
How long is the certification valid for?
Twelve months. A one-off achievement to mark and use, not something you need to keep maintaining or re-sit.
Does my agency need to sign up?
Yes. Your agency needs to be signed up alongside you registering individually. Just complete the form below and we'll get in touch to get your agency set up too.
How do you check I'm eligible?
We check your LinkedIn profile to confirm you're within your first six months in the recruitment industry before granting access.
Will my manager or agency see my results?
Yes. Your manager and agency get visibility of your results as part of the programme.
Is there really a monthly cap on places?
Yes. We take 25 rookies a month so everyone gets proper attention, including a spot in the monthly live Q&A with Justin. If a month fills, the next intake opens on the 1st.
