Certification Pathways
Certifications are differentiated by perm and contract, covering both candidate and client journeys across the full hiring process and post placement, measuring consultant skills and quality of service at every stage.
Training Modules
Perm includes 11 modules and contract 12, each aligned to the five key questions consultants are reviewed against at every stage of the hiring process, 55 perm questions and 60 contract questions in total.
Key Learnings
Each module contains 15 key learnings broken down into action points that consultants implement into their process, 575 learnings and coaching points across the full programme.
Quizzes
Each module ends with a 15 question quiz requiring 100% to pass. If failed, consultants simply redo the questions they got wrong.
PDF Certificates
Consultants receive a uniquely referenced, downloadable certificate on completion, which can also be used externally as a business development tool.
Recertification
Certificates are valid for six months and recertification is question level, so consultants only redo the specific areas where scores have dropped.
