Question 1

What is Recruiter Insider?

Accepted Answer

Recruiter Insider is a platform that collects structured, verified feedback from candidates and hiring managers at every stage of the recruitment process, turning that feedback into performance data, business development evidence, and client reporting.

Question 2

How does Recruiter Insider measure consultant performance?

Accepted Answer

Performance is analysed question by question and stage by stage, identifying the specific behaviours driving results rather than just flagging which consultants are underperforming. Scores are benchmarked against the platform average across all participating agencies.

Question 3

Can Recruiter Insider data be used for client reporting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The My Clients Dashboard consolidates candidate and client feedback into a single report covering hot topics, stage-by-stage scores, testimonials, and hiring manager reviews, providing a structured briefing document for any client review meeting.

Question 4

How does the platform help with winning new business?

Accepted Answer

Completed hiring manager reviews can be exported as a formatted one-page PDF showing stage-by-stage scores and the client testimonial. Client benchmarking data aggregated by industry or role type also produces sector-level market intelligence that agencies can use in pitches, proposals, and tenders.

Question 5

Does Recruiter Insider work across multiple offices or regions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The same questions, the same benchmark, and the same reporting structure are applied uniformly across multiple offices, regions, and brands, so performance standards are measured consistently across the entire business.

Question 6

What is Recruiter Insider Academy?

Accepted Answer

Recruiter Insider Academy is a structured certification programme built directly on platform data, aligned to the behaviours that move fill rates. It launches in July 2026.

Question 7

How many training modules does the Academy include?

Accepted Answer

The Academy includes 23 training modules in total across permanent and temp/contract recruitment: 11 modules for perm and 12 for temp/contract, covering 115 key recruitment questions and 575 learnings and coaching points.

Question 8

How do consultants get certified?

Accepted Answer

Each module ends with a 15-question quiz requiring 100% to pass. If a consultant fails, they simply redo the questions they got wrong. On completion, managers confirm the consultant has genuinely implemented the key action points, and consultants receive a uniquely referenced, downloadable PDF certificate.

Question 9

Do Academy certifications expire?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Certificates are valid for six months, and recertification is question-level, so consultants only redo the specific areas where their scores have dropped below the required standard.

Question 10

Does the Academy track whether training actually improves performance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The platform tracks post-training job outcomes across the next 5, 10, and 15 reviews, so managers can see real score improvement and any impact on fill rates.
