Every module aligns to the five key questions consultants are reviewed against at every stage of the hiring process, the same behaviours that drive real fill rate outcomes.
Fifteen key learnings per module
Each module breaks down into fifteen key learnings and action points you can put into practice immediately, not abstract theory.
A quiz that actually tests retention
Each module ends with a fifteen-question quiz requiring 100% to pass. If you don't get there first time, you simply redo the questions you got wrong, not the whole quiz.
A certificate you actually own
On completion, you receive a uniquely referenced, downloadable PDF certificate, yours to keep and use however you like, including externally as a personal credential.
Recertification that respects your time
Certificates are valid for six months. Recertification is question-level, so you only redo the specific areas where your scores have dropped, not the entire module again.
See your own progress over time
Your results carry forward against your own platform data, so you can see real score movement as you apply what each module covers, not just a pass or fail at the end.
Frequently asked questions
Can I do just one track, or do I need to do both?
You can register for just Permanent or just Temp/Contract if that matches the work you do today. Most consultants find the combined track better value overall, since it covers both journeys in full rather than just one.
Is this the same Academy my agency might already have access to?
It's the same certification content. This page is specifically for individual consultants registering on their own, separate from agency-level Academy access that may already be included with a Recruiter Insider platform subscription.
What happens if I fail a module's quiz?
Each quiz requires 100% to pass, but if you don't get there on your first attempt, you simply redo the specific questions you got wrong, not the entire quiz from scratch.
What do I actually get at the end?
A uniquely referenced, downloadable PDF certificate for each track you complete, yours to keep and use however you like, including as a personal credential outside the platform.
How long is the certification valid for?
