What made you decide to partner with R.I. in the beginning?

Once I saw the demo of the system it was a no brainer. It was super easy to implement with Bullhorn and everything is automated.  It was seamless to partner with Justin and the R.I. team.

We share the success stories and encourage more while identifying the data of where we could do better.  It's a great learning tool and keeps us accountable to our actions.

We recently shared with a client of how their interview process was viewed by candidates. The client was pleased to see the feedback as they weren't aware.  It has now lead to a more focused approach and on keeping their feedback scores high to ensure the best opportunity for success.
